ENVISION® HDI CATALYST 7350

Conductive polymer process for plated through-hole metallization
 

The ENVISION® HDI CATALYST 7350 is an aqueous solution of organic monomer compounds, emulsifiers and

organic poly acid. The monomers are polymerized to an electrically conductive film selective on resin and glass

fiber only after the specific ENVISION direct metallization pretreatment. The ENVISION HDI CATALYST 7350

operates without solvents and due to its composition it is especially suitable for use in both vertical and horizontal

conveyorized lines.

NOTE: Besides the monomer the ENVISION CAT-7350A, contains an emulsifier. The ENVISION CAT-7350A has

to be stored at temperatures between 68 to 85 ºF (20 to 30 ºC). Storage at lower temperatures will render the

solution turbid, prolonged storage will result in separation of the phases. Heat the ENVISION CAT-7350A to at

least 77°F (30°C) and stir well. A homogeneous solution should develop and the concentrate can be used for

make-up and replenishment.
